Recognizing That Evil Cub Has Raided Seven Regions, Including The Original Sinker Regions, Purely For Personal Gain

Shocked That The World Assembly Has Not Taken Action Against Evil Cub For Decieving Much Of The Assembly To Side With Them Through Devious Attempts To Play On Our Emotions

Disgusted That Evil Cub has Compromised The World Assembly's Integrity To Bring A Raider To Justice

Acknowledges That Their Intentions May Be For Roleplay, But Have Only Caused Damage To Major Regions

Apalled That A Nation Of This Destructive Quality Is Running Rampant,

Hereby Condemns, Evil Cub

Isn't it slightly backward for the World Assembly to condemn an individual nation for compromising its own integrity? Does the World Assembly not have collective responsibility for its integrity as a body?

I would expect (if this sentiment is repeated) any new draft of this proposal to condemn the actions of the nation and express concern that their actions (if not condemned) risk bringing the wider body into disrepute.

It just seems to me that it would make no sense for a resolution to admit that the World Assembly's own integrity has been compromised

Personally I won't support this. Other than the rules, the context is insufficient. Raiding seven regions alone is not enough proof(if that's what you call it) to condemn someone.

In which case there appears to be absolutely no grounds for the proposal and the Security Council should not be subjected to this petty buffoonery any further. We will be opposing any proposal, re-drafted or not.
