[DRAFT] Repeal (Second) Condemn The Black Hawks

Note: I, as a person, do NOT believe ideologies that this region supports.

So here is what I have.

Security Council,

ACKNOWLEDGING that The Black Hawks is a raider region that has destroyed the reputation of other regions and has prevented certain liberations from happening.

REALIZING that The Black Hawks uses the second condemnation as a advertisement to other raiders to potentially join or ally with, and they use the second condemnation as badge of honor, not of insult.

BELIEVING that removing the condemnation would be more supplemental for other regions than the The Black Hawks as taking it away acts as a blow to their reputation as a good raider region to join.

NOTING this could also promote their region as well, which could increase the chances of raids, invasions and the disruption of peace in the WA and the SC.

REASSURING that this resolution would have a high chance of being more successful than the second condemnation in the first place.

This resolution hereby repeals Resolution #217, Condemn The Black Hawks.

Opposed. If any region deserves a condemnation, it's TBH. Let's not now suddenly start not condemning people because they use it as a badge of honor. Regardless, people won't not join/join the Black Hawks over a WASC resolution.

Also lets do our best to focus on raiding actions rather than ideology of regions, there's already too much pc/sjw stuff on the security council already
