Don't bother asking for substantive proposal advice. The only one that's worth anything is this, drop it. Joco has done nothing to be worth commending, as the barebones nature of the proposal attests. All that's been mentioned is that he's a regional founder who once ejected invaders. By that logic, I and thousands of other players should get commended as well. But I don't TG-spam and annoy the crap out of everyone.

OOC: Oh dear. I fear I'm late to this party, which is somewhat of a shame, because I could probably have protected Marxist Germany from all the unnecessary hate he's copped. Funnily enough, I've got absolutely nothing to do with this nation: it's not from the Confederation and has never been in the Confederation, instead residing in a region we have no ties to.

I would say to Marxist Germany that there's a few factually inaccurate statements in his proposal. For one, any WA debate that I have weighed in on has been defeated. Similarly, I actually CTEd, allowing DEN to come along. I actually shirked my responsibility to the Confederation then, those three years ago.

What I have done, however (and this is very possibly my only yet great achievement), is build a region from scratch that outwardly has an evil exterior but, on the inside, is really just a great bunch of people role-playing. I have established a, though compact, strong network of supporters - none of which post in these forums any more. I have tried and continue to try to advocate for a more inclusive World Assembly. On the home front, I encourage my member nations to write to the best of their abilities, and try hard to build and perpetuate good grammar and syntax, in an effort to build life skills for players.

All in all, I could easily have achieved a commendation with the amount of time and effort I have invested into NationStates if I'd played the game like a mainstream player. I didn't want to do that, so I didn't. Thus, at this current moment, I don't think there's any point to writing me a commendation. However, when the Confederation [REDACTED]
