This is my first security council draft, so I'm expecting a lot of mistakes and errors, feel free to be harsh on it.

Recognising the outstanding efforts of Jocospor in creating a prosperous region such as the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators which has over 550 nations and serving almost 2 years as the World Assembly delegate;

Further Recognising Jocospor's efforts in protecting Confederation of Corrupt Dictators from an invasion carried out by a warring region known as the DEN;

Noting that nations shouldn't be solely judged based on their system of government;

Further Noting that dictatorships are not inherently evil and can be benevolent;

Acknowledging Jocospor's WA campaigns that helped pass many resolutions that benefited the world;

Convinced that Jocospor deserves a commendation for the actions mentioned above;


Hereby, commends Jocospor.

Overall not a very good attempt, very generic. Change the names and it could be applied to multiple regions. Commends are for players who've achieved great things in NS, he's nowhere near those levels.

The proposal is kind of bare bones. It's gonna need a lot more details about what he has done if it has a hope of passing.

This is the only line that could even reasonably be considered something perhaps of note, and there is absolutely zero detail. This is not to say that it alone would be commendable -- the same could be said for the countless delegates of regions who run telegram campaigns.

Please, if you are going to attempt to draft these types of resolutions that commend "bad" nations / regions or condemn "good" ones, at the very least take some time and effort to come up with something creative and thoughtful. Wouldn't you rather spend the time working hard to create something worthy in the beginning, rather than rush out sub-par content and be forced to spend all of your time defending and justifying, all just to end up reducing your standing for nothing?

The only noteworthy thing Jocospor has done is throwing enough money at NS to bombard every WA nation's inbox with TG's countless times so he could try to get his own region commended for doing nothing commendable. There is no constructive criticism to offer as Jocospor has done nothing constructive. This resolution is a waste of your time. I recommend you do something better with it. If this does somehow make it to vote it most certainly will not pass.

Anyway a host of generalities, no real detail and the subject of this attempt has done nothing except being annoying. And that’s not commendable.

Jocospor has done squat to gain a commendation from the WA security council. There is hardly any file for him here at the US National Intelligence Center.

If I’m going to commend a nation I expect them to have a US NIC File with full records of their actions that deserve commendation. Since Jocospor barely has a file and has been previously embargoed by our nation due to conduct in violation of our international telegram standards I’m going to vote for this proposal to be trashed before it even goes to vote and if it does go to vote you can bloody well guess that my vote will be a big fat NAY!

If I read the relevant RMB stuff correctly, DEN actually raided (probably a tag raid, given presumed size of the region at the time) while Jocospor was CTE or left executive delegate on. Either way, a founder reversing a raid on their region is a lacking in being a good reason.
