Stabby has been returned to the natives, so there is no need for it anymore.

I don't actually have a draft up yet but...

I'd like to know the natives' feelings on St. Abbaddon's liberation, as they may actually want to keep it.

^This. I won't support a repeal of the liberation without native support. Also, you should really wait until you have a draft before making a thread.

I don;t speak for St Abby, but I can assure you they'll be against it. Topid is recruiting again, so they'll like to keep up shop. What is the point of repealing the liberation, anyway? It serves no purpose whatsoever, it just prevents it from getting locked which would be impossible because no one big enough would raid it, and it'd take a hell of a long time to boot Kitsco and other highly influential members out. I can be sure Pacifica, sister region of Saint Abbaddon, will be strongly opposed to this resolution.

Echoing others, I would only be interested in voting for this if the native Delegate (Topid) and the native community in general want it repealed.

While native control of the region is an usual pre-requisite, the indication that Topid intends to (or has) recruit(ed) means that there's no reason to repeal it for the standard native security reasons usually cited in repeals of this type.
