That's a good idea. Many nominees are unfamiliar to newcomers a uninformed delegation will be making the right choice by abstaining rather than voting on someone they're not familiar with

There is nothing I am really uneasy about on this particular commendation, I just am not familiar with the parties. I have seen, in the last two months several repeals of commendation and repeals of condemnations. It makes me wonder if the issue has been throughly thought out. So until I have been around long enough to understand all the politics and major players, my best course of action is abstention.
