[Draft] Repeal "Commend Solorni"

In light of the recent revelations of corrupt & self-serving actions done by Solorni, I have created this proposal. Please note that this draft has undergone multiple revisions in the past few hours, so feedback may not align with the current draft. Please suggest anything you believe should be added to this Repeal to ensure that it is as accurate and precise as possible.

The Security Council,

Understanding of Solorni’s prior achievements, including the establishment and stabilization of Balder, service as both WA Delegate and Queen of Balder, and service as both President and Cabinet member in Europeia;

Startled by revelations of atrocious crimes conducted by Solorni to gain support for their own causes, which included manipulation and deceit of multiple vulnerable nations in both Balder and Europeia;

Believing that Solorni’s manipulative and duplicity of these vulnerable nations in an effort to gain power in both regions negates service done as President and Cabinet member;

Noting that Solorni has also lost the positions of WA Delegate and Queen of Balder due to these atrocious crimes that were conducted;

Disappointed in Balder's termination of their treaties with Osiris and the Pacific that occurred during Solorni's reign, and current widespread bans of Solorni from influential regions, making previous diplomatic work conducted by the nation inapplicable;

Aghast at this deeply ingrained & widespread corruption scandal conducted by Solorni at other's expense for various attempts at power;

Believing that Solorni’s contributions to the historic region Empires of Earth, although beneficial and concurring stability, do not warrant a Commendation by themselves;

Hereby Repeals SC Resolution 252 “Commend Solorni.”

Startled by revelations of emotional manipulation and deceit of Europeian individuals conducted by Solorni for her own personal gain;

Believing that Solorni’s manipulative and duplicity to Europeian individuals negates her service done as President and Cabinet member;

Noting that Solorni has also lost the positions of WA Delegate and Queen of Balder as a consequence of her actions to Europeian individuals;

Believing that Solorni’s contributions to the historic region Empires of Earth, although beneficial and concurring stability, do not warrant a Commendation by themselves;

Hereby Repeals SC Resolution #252 “Commend Solorni.”

I admit that this draft is mostly a skeleton of what the completed product will be; I'm currently sifting through what Solorni has done since her Commend to add more flesh to the draft.

Sure; are italics better? They were used in the original "Commend Solorni" resolution.

OOC: I doubt you'll find much in-character content to justify a repeal. Bottom line is you're badge hunting. You're taking advantage of an out-of-character incident that presented you with the only opportunity to consider this.

If you are going to stick to ambiguity in regards to what has happened. I think the best way would be to consult some of those who have worked closely with them. Personally I have literally nothing againdt Rach IC, so I'd like some aspect of 'convincing' for the sake of this proposal.

I've never been a huge fan of needless bolding or italicizing at the beginning of clauses/sections. It just seems to add flair for no apparent reason.
