The Security Council,
NOTING that Christmas' founder, Santas Helper, has ceased to exist;
ACKNOWLEDGING that without a founder, Christmas, Christmas will fail to sustain a native population due to raids;
ASTOUNDED that on the contrary, Christmas has a thriving, happy group of nations;
GRATEFUL for Christmas' efforts to help spread cheer around the world;
RECOGNISING Christmas' countless events acknowledging their special name, including:Having an advent calendar in which the picture of the day is hoisted as their flag;
Creating a Christmas cookbook for the citizens of nations of the world can feast on;
Decorating a Christmas tree on their World Factbook Entry, at the same time recognising special nations for their special works;
KNOWING that said actions are unique and deserving of an official commendation by the World Assembly;
HEREBY COMMENDS CHRISTMAS.
