Ok, change his to it. Rp forums violates the rules so change it. This lacks a little meat on the bones so go interview kuriko or someone from XKI who knows him. Kuriko has done some defending and his dispatch listed some contributions so yeah.

"Go interview Kuriko" - might as well be a self-commend.

Asking somebody about their accomplishments doesn't make it a self-commend, it makes it well researched. Sure, if the author is actively coordinating with and putting in exactly what the candidate says that would be questionable but just an interview isn't that.
I mean, and I'm not even going to touch the obvious hypocrisy of you of all people making self-commend accusations.

The Macabees wrote:One thing this commend can mention is the behind-the-scenes work that often goes uncredited, including helping proposals with merit by helping with how to outreach. This service to the WA is invaluable because it empowers small fish, like me, to bring good, fair, and well-argued legislation to the WA.
Regarding their proposals, what do you think about adding details regarding the merits of these proposals? What benefits did they bring to the WA? How did they impact the community? This would give that point that much more force.
Also, what about their voting record in the Security Council? Has it upheld a pattern of justice? Kuriko's vote holds a lot of weight, a history of justice is a powerful reason to commend.
Separately, although Jocospor's comments are not very helpful interpreted literally, he is partially right. If you went to Kuriko and asked, "What can I commend you for?" that's probably not the right approach. The problem there is not with approaching the person, it's with the intentions behind the commend. The intention behind a commend should to be to genuinely celebrate that person's contributions, and to celebrate those contributions you have to have some understanding that they were made in the first place.
If you have a general intuition that this person is commendable, whether because of their history or because of a general respect for their contributions that for you is abstract or not of your time, there's no problem with talking to Kuriko. "I'd like to commend you for x, y, and z; could you offer me more detail on this? Could you link me to evidence?"
In fact, that's one way of corroborating whether your intuition is correct. And, of course, corroborate it against other third parties, including parties who've known Kuriko. Interview region-members, countries that endorse him, countries that refuse to endorse them (i.e. countries who've endorsed others in 1000 Islands, but not Kuriko).
So, don't be afraid to approach with questions, but know the questions beforehand and, out of an standard of fairness, don't fish -- and although I guarantee Kuriko would fairly judge their contributions, or even underplay them out of humility, it's just a good general rule to follow.

TITO WA Delegate, and let’s not forget as Rejects Kuriko was an officer at one point.
I’m leaning in favor on principle, but you’re going to need a lot more meat before I can support this. I’ll be watching this thread and waiting.
