Appalled that the Official European Union (Hereby OEU) is ruled under an iron fist of corruption and a crackdown on free speech as well as the blatant failure by regional officers to enforce the rules,

Noting that nations who dissent against the actions of the Founder, demand a change in the government, or Nations who point out rule breakers are often ejected and banned without a trial,

Further Noting that, free speech is outlawed as any posts viewed as disruptive or challenging to regional authority are suppressed and that regional officers were actively spying on ejected and banned OEU nations in other regions,

Astonished that the government of the OEU was abolished because the regional officers were challenged,

Noting that a total of 5 nations have fled the authoritarian government, all 5 having been banned after leaving,

Further Noting that 1 other nation was banned for speaking out against the authoritarian government and the Founder's favoritism,

Emphasizes that rule breakers favored by the founder are often pardoned, despite strong evidence; whereas innocent nations or one-time rule breakers are punished,

If you actually took the time to investigate why people were banned you would see that Carpatho Kemmerer was constantly flaming in our RMB and in our discord. Calling another user often "b*itch, "as$hole" among other things. He continued to harass this user with baseless allegations of breaking the rules. It is okay to have an opinion, but when he thought this user was corrupt or breaking the rules. I would also like to point out that the spying that you say took place was not ordered by me, the founder. He was not banned for dissenting opinions, Carpatho was banned for constantly harassing another user and swearing at him in the RMB and throwing around baseless allegations his childish fit made the RP negative and toxic, he did not trust the government despite the fact that every claim of corruption can be easily disproven by merely understanding how our government works, the first claim is that the user made puppets to rig elections against Carpatho's party, this is impossible, we count votes manually now and do not count independents this means that puppets do not count unless they are in a political party which is unlikely. For claims of god modding and being overpowered in the RP, we have very fair government officials that have always stopped said user whenever he has tried to be overpowered. I will not be tolerated to constantly claim something that simply isn't true. WunderWaffle was banned for the same toxic behaviour granted and a lesser level, Joshuastania was banned for the toxic behaviour outside of the region granted to a minuscule level, and Bavaria was banned for leaving with them granted this was a childish choice on my part and should be lifted. Free speech is insane, we should never have free speech. Free speech allows one to harass others, make toxic environments, insult others, and make baseless lies and allegations. Instead one should employ intelligent speech. I was never privately informed of the allegations to which i would have investigated. I should have been privately informed instead of having the toxicity posted on the RMB and discord so that this situation could have been handled civilly and rationally like adults. I would also like to note that the Prime Minister even had to take time away from the region due to this.

Do not attempt to say that the region is power hungry, things must be done to maintain the region. There are rules, these rules were constantly broken and I allowed these to be broken because I hope simply talking could fix it, but obviously not. Yes I have pardoned rule breakers before, just like I did for Carpatho Kemmerer the one who started these allegations because I was compelled by hearing why he broke the rules and I felt he deserved a second chance, he was given no restriction of participation or land he could fully act as a member again.

Enacting my powers as founder, the powers granted to me for creating the region is not reason for a condemnation.

Take your regional drama back to your RMB. You haven't a hope in hell of getting this proposal to quorum, let alone passing it. It's just too petty.
