I've only had a puppet in TRR for about a Month, but I've noticed Frattastan IV's major influence. I think it's time he got a commendation. Any help is greatly appreciated, as this is my first proposal. First Working Paper/Draft:

Noting That Frattastan IV (Hereby Fratt) is the current Delegate of The Rejected Realms (Hereby TRR), in which he is an influential member of,

Expressing TRR's Appreciation of Fratt, and what he has done for TRR, including:

• Re-Introducing the Regional Discord Server
  
• Holding up TRR Delegacy and Ideals despite an ongoing war with The Pacific
  
• Writing and Upholding TRR's RMB Suppression Policy

Further Noting that Fratt maintains a happy TRR populous while upholding TRR rules,

Appreciating that Fratt has banded together TRR for events such as N-Day and Z-Day,

Hereby Commends Frattastan IV
