[Abandoned] Repeal "Condemn Milograd"

Looking for feedback on this one.

The Security Council,

Recognizing that its original condemnation of Milograd did not inspire change in the nation,

Disappointed that Milograd actually became a much more oppressive state after the passage of its first condemnation,

Believing that the leadership of Milograd has taken its condemnation as a "badge of honor,"

Understanding the significance of symbolism,

Hereby Repeals Security Council Resolution #77, "Condemn Milograd."

Co-authored by Not Particularly Obvious, Greater Vakolicci Haven, and Love Dog

Completely unrelated, but NPO Delenda Est.

I'm no fan of Milograd, but I suspect this proposal will pass -- I have a lot of ties in the GCR's. They will pile me to victory.

If Milograd is truly deserving of condemnation, it shouldn't matter who writes the resolution.

Having said that, Milograd is actually incapable of being re-condemned, because the nation is permanently dead.

Then we need to liberate Milograd.

Having said that, let's try to keep discussion in this thread focused on my proposal. I'd like to submit it and begin campaigning soon, assuming it's legal.

And the fact that the Milograd nation is permanently DEAT (which I was aware of ftr), is another reason to repeal the old 2 and write a comprehensive new one
