BELIEVING despite Chechnea being a rather new nation, he is worthy of a condemnation.

ABBHORRED by said nation's constant actions to anger other regions, including, but not restricted to:

• Presenting themselves as obnoxious to the international community, spreading hatred and toxic messages throughout the region that is The East Pacific, before being banned twice.
• Founding a region called "The North West", the goal of which was to get back at The East Pacific in bad blood, as he continued to brutally insult them.
• Immediately coming into conflict with other regions from unprovoked hostility, one of which being Sonindia.
• Berating, insulting, and attempting to steal the members of other regions through excessively shady and rude methods.

SEEING the greatly irritating and negative impact Chechnea has had on the world,
