[Draft] Repeal Condemn Macedon

This is just for later, if its decided to be necessary. I wasn't really sure how to write it, so I may need help refining it. Worded a little oddly imho.

The Security Council,

Understanding that Security Council Resolution #1: Condemn Macedon is considered a historical resolution;

Believing that even a historical resolution should provide details to why a region such as Macedon deserves international condemnation;

Not Disputing that the points in the targeted resolution are true, disputing however that garishly decorated World Factbook entries are a good reason for a condemnation to be levied;

Questioning what Macedonism is and why it is condemn worthy, as the resolution does not provide an explanation behind its tenets;

Noting that a replacement resolution passed by the Security Council, namely Security Council Resolution #XXX which is a more in-depth condemnation of Macedon;

Hereby Repeals Condemn Macedon.

Removed the repetition about vagueness, generally re-worded/shortened

Not Disputing that the points in the targeted resolution are true, disputing however that garishly decorated World Factbook entries are a good reason for a condemnation to be levied;
Cut out some extraneous words. Perhaps a reference to the repeal of 'Condemn Canterlot' might be useful, precedent-wise

Questioning what Macedonism is and why it is condemn worthy, as the resolution does not provide an explanation behind its tenets;
Don't really think it needs to be linked everytime

Oddly, a repeal doesn't affect whether or not the resolutions existence, nor impact or historical value.

I'm inclined to vote against this, for it's historical value. Besides, even tho it's badly written, why would we replace it? It's not like Macedon is doing anything to deserve a better written one.
