TINHAMPTONIAN MINISTRY OF WORLD ASSEMBLY AFFAIRS: Notice of Submission Warning
Considering the original draft publication date for this resolution (November 14th 2018), let it hereby be known by the Tinhamptonian Ministry of WA Affairs that this proposal will be submitted, lack of complaints notwithstanding, on November 23rd 2018. Thank you for your consideration.

So, as to not!Asia, here we are. There is no password imposed, but as for what could happen next...?
Note: Although Europeia with its anti-griefing protocol is engaging in this raid, I should assume that the presence of a banjection tally on the WFE is proof enough that banhammers will be swung and one-way rail tickets to TRR will be punched. Also note that "over forty" in the CONCERNED clause is as of the present moment in time, not the 14th of November (attention time-travellers from the future :P).

Liberate Philippines
A resolution to strike down Delegate-imposed barriers to free entry in a region.
Category: Liberation
Nominee: Philippines
Proposed by: Tinhampton

THE SECURITY COUNCIL:

AWARE that, although [region=Philippines] is considered special to many nations because of its name, this allure also makes it a significant target for raiders, especially with the region's founding government having dissolved most recently in 2017;

NOTING that, on the 12th of November 2018, Emperor Vulturret (also known as Dominus Totalis) of [region=The Ragerian Imperium] - with aid from [region=The Black Hawks], [region=The Land of Kings and Emperors], [region=Balder], and [region=Europeia] - took over the WA Delegacy of Philippines by force;

CONCERNED that the raiding party could soon eject natives from the region, but has already vandalised the regional World Factbook Entry to promote themselves and bestowed upon Dominus Totalis over forty formal endorsements (five times more than the previous native WA Delegate, Ariusgrad, which has expressed support for a Liberation); and

ASPIRING, as a result of this resolution, for Philippines' World Assembly Delegacy to return to a trustworthy native that will not use passwording as a means for regional destruction:

HEREBY LIBERATES [region=Philippines].

This isn't necessary. Philippines is not a griefing operation, and they'll leave when they get bored. Ariusgrad has something like 30,000 influence, they aren't going to sit there for 150 days to eject him. Not to mention it would take over 4,000 influence to password Philippines, and they won't wait that long to do that either cause it would take 40 days.

Edit: And I'd like to see the evidence for Ariusgrad supporting this, as I'm talking to him and another native via telegram since the raid started.

Edit Edit: Just re-read your opening part. The presence of the banjection tally in the WFE is common place on raids now, where the raiders keep count of how many incoming defender nations they banject not natives.
