The Security Council,
RECOGNIZES the legacy of Pierconium as having overwhelmingly detrimental effects both on regions and member states,
NOTING that Pierconium was a longtime World Assembly Delegate of The Pacific and Emperor of the New Pacific Order (NPO), in which they governed with an iron fist and purged The Pacific multiple times, at one point ejecting over 1730 nations,
ACKNOWLEDGING that Pierconium, under the alias of Gracius Maximus, manipulated the then Delegate Pixiedance and overthrew the democratic government of The North Pacific and ruled that region with tyranny under the guise of the North Pacific Directorate (NPD) while using every means possible in crushing any opposition,
REMEMBERING that under the name Lord Darkseid the nation of Pierconium aided in a months long reign of terror in The East Pacific, where they were complicit in that regions 2008 coup with a organization called The Empire while holding the position of Grand Inquisitor,
FURTHER NOTING that the nation of Pierconium held a leadership role in the infamous region of Gatesville, known for its outspoken opposition to the values of the World Assembly, and that Pierconium was aware of the proposition that was created for the coup of Osiris, an action which was condemned by Security Council Resolution #140, and having knowledge of the scheme for The Empire coup of Osiris, did not warn the legitimate government of Osiris;
OBSERVING that there are many other underhanded and deceptive actions by Pierconium which have caused instability and negative impact including,
- Actively undermining the Alliance Defense Network (ADN) with manipulation and deserting the ADN by defecting to the NPO were Pierconium soon attained the position of Senator of the New Pacific Order,
DISPLEASED that the Security Council has not addressed this delinquency since it is evident that Pierconium has consistently displayed this behavior and malevolence since it's government formed in 2002,
APPALLED that any nation would display such contempt for the values of the World Assembly and that any nation would have such a blight on posterity,
HEREBY condemns Pierconium.
