HEREBY Commends German Holy Roman Empire.

NOTE: I understand that it says that you cannot reference the real world as published in this thread here but my main commendation reason is exactly that. In my opinion, considering that this subject involves other people's lives, an exception should be made.

Maybe add a little bit more substance, but other than that I like it. (GHRE has a puppet in my region and I can definitely vouch that he is a nice guy who deserves a commendation)

I don't think the mods make exceptions to the rules, regardless of the reason

In addition to what LD said above, the main thing that people are looking for in a Security Council Commendation is leadership in the community. How - beyond publishing a dispatch that appears likely to have convinced a few people out of killing themselves, which I admittedly concur is a positive achievement - has German HRE inspired and led the members of his native community in The North Pacific, and has he achieved anything else of international significance that you genuinely believe is worthy and will meet the SC's standards?

Well he helped talk down a man from suicide. Not the guy writing it but I am familiar with the events.

We do not. This violates rule 4(c):

You cannot refer to the game, or events or actions in it, as part of a game.

Suicide is a serious topic, it's on the person to know what to do. It may not be easy but yes.

Against it. The suicide dispatch is good, but not commend-worthy if that makes sense.
