As somebody who has written four proposals that have reached quorum, and two of which have passed, let me reassure you that this proposal is a steaming pile of poo. It's just... my God, it's just too generic and hollow for my likings. Why are we commending a region simply for doing one thing, i.e. engaging in ideological raiding, without giving any noteworthy examples?
