[FLOPPED LIKE A FISH AND FAILED] Repeal "Liberate Belgium"

Repeal "Liberate Belgium"

NOTING that at the time of the proposal, Belgium was indeed in dire need of liberation.

SEEING that the resolution is now obsolete, as Belgium has been reclaimed for a long time.

HEREBY repeals, strikes null, and/or voids Resolution #4, "Liberate Belgium".

(OOC: I don't think much needs to be said besides that. If anything seems wrong or could be added, please inform me, but do not reach a temperature above 100°C while doing so. First proposal, so probably won't get too far.)
NOTING that at the time of the proposal, Belgium was indeed in dire need of liberation.

NOTICING that it violates Rule 4 of the Council, in which it uses the wording "eject", "password", and "founder".

The entire noticing line is illegal, repeals aren't allowed to mention illegalities in the resolution

Oh. Okay! Thank you for informing me of that.

It's also incorrect. All those terms are permitted.

Oh, I must have read the rule wrong. Thanks for also pointing that out. A lot of mistakes already, guess first one is always a learning experience. :)

Additionally, your actual repeals clause seems redundant.

Personally I'd support, but I'm a raider so...

The liberation of Belgium was passed to keep it from being griefed by raiders, and that's exactly what its doing. There is no support of a repeal by the natives there, they've never wanted it repealed. Absolutely no support unless Riemstagrad or some other major Belgium nation wants a repeal.

Indeed - Belgium is the reason why SC Liberations were added in the first place. "Liberate Belgium" is a historic resolution that won't ever be repealed.

If it's still founderless, it's not obsolete.

Good try

I don't think anyone could pass a resolution without knowing what goes on
