Can someone explain why i cannot commend myself?
In the rules it not appear as forbidden
So i tried it and i shocked the next day seeing six illegal

It's not against the rules to self-commend. It's just bad, and it won't make it to the voting floor. Players don't like self-commendations.

A commendation is "A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region." You're bragging about your own ability to answer issues. What about that is outstanding? Compared to your regionmates, you're not particularly outstanding. Sure, you've got a few trophies, but so does everyone else. Compared to the rest of the world, you're even less special.

What have you done to improve your region, or inter-regional affairs? What have you ever done on the world stage? What makes Blueflarst more worthy of Commendation than any of the other 165,975 nations in 21,859 regions? I'm not seeing a thing here except a desire for a badge.

As someone with more experience than most with regards to self-commend proposals... this doesn't exactly look likely to reach quorum.
