OOC: OSRS says more than one telegram seeking approval for a proposal might be considered spam. It only becomes spam if it's reported, which is why it's generally safer just to send only one. The rule states clearly that "More than one request per proposal may be considered spam." You might also want to bear in mind that several mods are (or have puppets which are) Delegates of various regions, so reporting is a given. If you want to risk losing $$s worth of telegrams (no refunds for illegal campaigning) and a TG ban over that particular bit of rules lawyering, fine with us.

I could say that I have been kindly quiet with my WA TGs in my years on NS, too, but if I send 13 of them out next week, that's still mad spammy, even if I've been around for a while before I do it. It's not reasonable to insinuate that you've spaced these out over the years by any stretch of the imagination.

I don't feel like I should have to make clarifications for you over telegrams that you yourself are sending. But to further clarify, that's 1 TG from 2 months ago and 8 TGs within the last 30 Days. The first two TGs were sent less than a day apart. That's more than one TG per week. I mean, you sent the TGs, you know when you sent them. I don't have to do the math for you.

I'm Centrist and Internationalist, but I value national laws-to a degree-and this was made by whiny people who are mad he stopped a capital punishment ban bill, is how I see it.

I'm pretty sure most people here don't really care about that bill, or the GA in general. I'm pretty sure that the whole fascism thing is considered more important, since people have been using the SC to oppose fascism long before he wrote that repeal proposal.
