[No Need] Repeal Condemn Lord Dominator

The Security Council,

Noting that Lord Dominator (hereafter referred to as LD) has, in fact, passed one Liberation, SC#263, and was influential in passing SC#245

Deeming the motivations of the government of LD in passing the two Liberations to be irrelevant because of Kaiserreich’s and Confederation of Corrupt Dictators’s both possessing founders;

Finding the government of LD’s descriptions of their Liberations irrelevant because Condemnations exist and are handed out regularly;

Confused by the resolution’s statement regarding LD using Liberations as a tool to benefit raiders because the targets of those resolutions have Founders;

Baffled by the concern the Condemnation places on the time of the SC because the SC’s purpose is in passing Resolutions demonstrating the will of the international community;

Hereby Repeals SC#264, Condemn Lord Dominator.

EDIT: I'm thinking about adding something stating the Condemn is little more than hearsay.
