Liberate Confederation of Nations

THE SECURITY COUNCIL:
AWARE that the [region=Confederation of Nations] (CoN), once a small but thriving creative hub, has decayed ever since regional founder Defero Populus dissolved after prolonged government inactivity; it was invaded on the 27th of August 2018 (and again six days later after being countered by the Pacific) by [region=The Iron Confederacy]'s (TIC) fascist army, which has closed all embassies and could eject natives soon if immediate action is not taken;
CONSIDERING the following paragraphs, which summarise how the CoN became the powder keg it is today:
- §1: Zetox's First Threat: On the 27th of December 2017, the month before New Porto Rico resigned as WA Delegate of the CoN, Zetox publically called for a "special election" to send a nation in the [region=Union of Allied States] (UAS) into the CoN, so that the elected nation could win the upcoming CoN presidential election and merge the two regions into the UAS, obviously breaching the CoN's regional sovereignty. (Eight months later, Zetox later referred to the CoN's invasion as "justice," on the grounds that they supposedly prevented Handal Ands from becoming the CoN President.)
- §2: Zetox's Second Threat: Zetox boasted on the 31st of December 2017 that Gazoo would present a "resolution to consider closing the embassies" of the CoN and UAS upon Handal Ands becoming President of the UAS, and worryingly proclaimed that "2018 will be the end of the CON one way or another!!!!!!". Houthia, then-President of The United Union (which no longer exists in its old state), congratulated Handal Ands on taking the Presidency and closed embassies between The United Union and the CoN after Zetox's declaration.
- §3: The Regional Lawsuits: Il Corvonero, who has offered their support for a Liberation, subsequently accused Zetox of damaging the reputation of the CoN by indirectly persuading Houthia to close embassies between the CoN and The United Union. Arguments and court cases are still ongoing between the UAS and CoN today. As a result of Il Corvonero's accusations, Handal Ands, Sijiao (TIC's Director of Civil Cohesion), and the since-dissolved Free Mutant Republic of Genosha were all convicted by Il Corvonero in May 2018 of treason, conspiracy to overthrow the government, recruitment of nations to commit conspiracy thereof, perjury, and (for Handal Ands and Sijiao) contempt of court and fleeing the CoN during their trial.
- §4: The Fascist Invasion: Hispanyo, known to the CoN as Hispanyoan Tabasco, is both TIC's tyrannical "Emperador" and the current WA Delegate of the CoN; they are supported by nations like Yosumi, who claimed recently that the fascist coup was spurred by Il Corvonero "wrongly [convicting] many of us on false charges," likely a reference to the latter's aforementioned convictions. TIC is infamous for refounding regions like [region=United Leftist Pact] and [region=The New World Order of the Left] for no apparent reason beyond ideological disagreement.
ASPIRING towards a safe, secure and fully-fledged community in the Confederation of Nations, free from both shady foreign agents intent on destruction by any means necessary and supposedly "invincible" armies that invade regions over petty grudges:
