Noting the commendation of The Featured Region Followers, who did the same simple task as Congratulations On Being Featured is doing

Reminded that every day, there is a random 'Featured Region' that allows the region to be noticed and to try and populate the region more.

Applauding the work that Congratulations On Being Featured goes through to make everyone in the community happy, by simply moving to featured regions and congratulating them.

Understanding the amount of time it takes to do this every day, and how the time adds up.

Grateful that there is a member of the community that works hard and long to make others happy.

Amazed that this nation has done the simple, yet enduring task when time is added up for 3 years.

Interesting, more context would be nice though. Also, in the first clause you should explain that Congratulations On Being Featured is also known as Congrats. Also, hyperlink to the nation where possible.

Seems awfully close to a Rule 4 (c) violation. I'm not seeing anything in "every day, there is a random 'Featured Region'" and most of the rest of it that can be interpreted as anything other than a "player in a game". I'm not going to make an immediate ruling, but would welcome player and mod responses.

Before you brought this up Fris I didn't see it, but going back over it I may have to agree. In the commendation of The Featured Region Followers its worded like its not an aspect of a game, but rather an action that all regions are distributing the WFE of a featured region to the nations within theirs. In this proposal its worded as more of an in-game action, as in a technical action, because it doesn't say "Every day the heads of state of the regions of the world randomy choose one region to publicise to all nations, giving rise to a featured region for all to see" or some such thing.

Rather, I see it as a technical aspect because it doesn't clearly delineate between a game action and an in-character action (I guess? Does that make sense?). I agree that it seems to be more oriented as a player behind a nation rather than a nations actions. The way I see it is, mentioning it as time taken each day without saying something like "The government of ----, taking the time to think not of themselves but others, tirelessly moves the people of their nation to the randomly selected featured region and there congratulates the other nations of that community on being featured" or something along those lines.

I, uh, hope that makes sense to someone other than me ;-;

While the random featured region is a technical function of game, it's really blurry as to many players it's visible on world page.

I thought it was legal so I marked it legal. Much like "password", "eject" and "World Factbook Entry", in-game terms that are found on nation/region pages are generally deemed legal.
