It's alarming how mistaken you are. Every nation on the Supreme Council exercises a dictatorial government in their own right. NationStates stats don't always get it right, you know.

Well, confederation of corrupt dictators is actively trying to raid my region. And they were successful, before Jocospor's newly appointed Delegate, didn't banject me, while I was sending out telegrams to support me. For now I have liberated my region, but I know only too well that CCD hasn't gave up yet.
