[PASSED] Repeal Liberate The Communal Confederacy

I'm bringing this back up for discussion I guess, with a new thread from my new main nation. Its been almost three months since I founded TCC after it CTEd on its own, and I don't plan on letting the founder CTE any time soon nor do I have the time or inclination to build a community. As far as I'm concerned, this liberation is now pointless and if I ever do end up CTEing I don't want someone to turn it into a trophy because it has a liberation badge.

The Security Council,

Acknowledging that at the time of its passage, SC#244 Liberate The Communal Confederacy was enacted without native consent;

Believing that SC#244 was necessary at the time, allowing the region to be freed from Kaiserreich’s control by defender forces and preventing it from becoming a trophy region to invading forces;

Noting that all native nations have either entered the void or moved on to the region Economic Union of Non Aligned Nations;

Further believing that SC#244 has served its purpose, and is no longer needed due to an active founder nation;

Hereby repeals SC#244 Liberate The Communal Confederacy.

Edit 1: Added Fauxia's suggestion.
Edit 2: Submitted

Should probably state that as it’s no longer founderless, there’s no threat anymore.

Good stuff as usual, Kuri.

Are you sure you want to mention KR in the proposal and not replace it by "hostile forces" or something like that?

That being said, I fully support this.

They were mentioned in the original proposal, so its proper etiquette to mention them in the repeal. The repeal, after all, is supposed to adress the contents of the original proposal. If its good enough, I think ill submit it to head off the possibility of the current commendation draft proposal from reaching vote any time soon.

Edit: I would also like to apologize to Tinhampton about what happened in May. I was a complete ass and I shouldn't have been, so I'm sorry Tinhampton!

Basically this, arising from the question of a liberation for a region with a founder.

The region is refounded. it didn't have a founder at the time and was under occupation, hence the lib.

I'm pretty sure we're all aware

Might have misinterpreted the guy above me's post, but I thought he was confused as to why a region with a founder was liberated.

I'd rather not give KR more exposure than needed.

It's a single-word mention in a repeal of something that could arguably be considered a badge for them.
I think we can deal

As long as stability is a constant variable in the continued future of this region, I suppose that the I can speak on the behalf of my region and support this repeal.

Good luck for the region and it's future.

The Confederation can advise that it supports this proposal. This liberation serves no further purpose and should be overturned.

Which, if my assumptions about SC#200 are correct, makes this the most popular resolution in SC history, or am I missing something here?
