Dissolution of the "Geneva Convention Agreement"

I, Jack Looney, of The Republic of Jacklubria, decree that the Geneva Convention is illogical and utterly pointless in the year of 2018.
Repealing it would
-Allow more personal freedoms to be expressed in different nations around NationStates
-Allow for the eye-for-an-eye rule in most cases.

Though this dissolution may end poorly, it can also be noted that, if instance of war, the Geneva Convention will most likely be broken by those whom care little.

I don't believe there is a Geneva Convention in NS, and if there is it falls under the purview of the General Assembly not the Security Council.
