RECOGNIZING the player of Crystalsummer as the founder of The Free Nations Region and leads it to great aspects in NationStates
OBSERVING his tireless efforts in maintaining order, stability, and leadership in a "collecting" region without means of ejecting or banning the competition.
VIEWING his knowledge, teaching, and leadership in NationStates roleplay, in both in character and out of character aspects, for regional forums.
OFFICIALLY praises the player behind the nation of Crystalsummer and recognizes his achievements with a commendation from the World Assembly.

you used "his" in the 2nd and 3rd clauses, which falls under Rule 4(b). also, please create some space between the clauses. reads way easier.

You used the words player and forums. They make proposals illegal A proposal has to be in character. If u were in the United Nations u wouldn't say CrystalSummer is a player , u say it's a nation.

I reviewed the rules and forums should be ok if it doesn't mention the electronic aspects. So take out the words on site and off site. It's regional forums is ok
Also what do u mean by a collecting region without banning the competition?

Yeah, um, this is not going to work. Crystalsummer is not exactly what you would call well-liked.

Against. While Crystal and I may be long time acquaintances and generally friendly, he's done some stuff not commend worthy during his time on NS. That, added with the fact he has a long, long way to go before being commend worthy makes no support from me.
