Condemn Macedon Repeal Draft

Security Council Resolution #1 "Condemn Macedon" shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The Security Council,

RECOGNIZING that this law is old and out of date, and no longer meets expectations of Security Council resolutions

NOTING that puppet nations should not at all be criticized

UNDERSTANDING that Macedon is no longer a threat, and thus stains the seriousness of a Condemnation

KNOWING that only with 3 nations in the region, it is no longer likely to grow

HEREBY repeals SC #1 "Condemn Macedon."

Against. SC#1, in the modern climate, is intended to serve more as "Abandon hope, all ye who endorse this" rather than a flat-out Condemnation of Macedon. Besides, they still hold many of the puppet regions they held when they were Condemned...

This has been tried many times with better drafts. It didn't work then and it won't now.

I get a notification every time someone posts one. Usually they don't last long, as most of them are illegal, typically for Rule IV violations I believe. But this region earned their condemnation, even though it doesn't hold a candle to today's resolution writers.

Guess it's that time if the year. I was getting worried that there wouldn't be another shot at repealing SC#1 this year but thanks for taking one for the team!
