Repeal GAR#2.

On account i can never right a good bill does anyone have any ideas and only people that are right wing and are in favor of a military can respond.

Once again you're in the wrong place with the wrong idea. GAR #2 is a General Assembly resolution. This is the Security Council, an entirely different chamber.
