[PASSED] Repeal Liberate The Monarchist Entente

After a back-and-forth conversation between multiple natives and i during our liberation and subsequent cleaning operation, some have come to the opinion they would like to password the region before defender forces leave. While I only have confirmation from one native, Sation Nate, I await an opinion from Ka Lanakila before submitting a repeal of the resolution I authored. If its chosen to go ahead, I will be submitting this with my locked WA puppet nation Asuna 1.

The Security Council,

Noting that SC#253 “Liberate The Monarchist Entente" was passed at a time of great peril for The Monarchist Entente, it at the time being occupied by over 110 raider nations from various internationally blacklisted regions;

Taking Further Note that since the passage of SC#253 the raiding forces, having occupied the region for 39 days, withdrew from their occupation and have been replaced by a coalition of defender forces bent on returning The Monarchist Entente to the displaced native community;

Believing that it is the right of the native community, with the help of defender forces, to place a password upon their region to better protect their community and help prevent future raids from occurring;

Hereby repeals SC#253 “Liberate The Monarchist Entente

Border Control powers are only needed for the delegate position for now, as we'll save on one nation then switch them into the delegacy.

But they didn't take it back, they were given it back. To say they took it sounds like there was a struggle, when in reality we just left after you guys gave up. Honestly I don't care about it that much, I just find it funny that us leaving after facing 0 opposition is considered a victory.

Anyway, no one has said defenders won. It doesn’t matter who “won”. The point is, its under native control now.
