Why is my proposal illegal [Split:SC Questions & Answers]

Dear Frisbeeteria, I would like to contest your decision to illegalise my proposal to the WA, in that I could not find the error in my proposal. Please show me where, and if you can't find it, please re-legalise my proposal. Because I couldn't find the problem under rule 4,b

UNDERSTANDING that the slide countries is a wonderful, fair, just place ruled by a laugh-a-minute founder quite democratically.
REALISING that they have been in the shadows for too long
REGRETTING that Balder has refused as of yet conducting embassies with them, despite a personally written telegram from the founder.
HOPING that this commandment will bring this great region into the light.
The passage of this law will herby and henceforth commend The Slide Countries.

The parts highlighted in bold are the actions of a person, not a nation. That's a Rule 4(b) violation.

Also, not illegal, but self-commendations are pretty much doomed to failure, particularly when they're as apparently inactive as your region. All you're really stating is "I'm funny" despite no evidence; and "I was rejected for an embassy". Not really commend-worthy.
