The Security Council,

Noting the swift rise to power raiders from three raiding regions have made;

Wanting to stop the complete destruction of this region through preemptive measures;

Believing this region, and others like it, should be kept open for the free travel of nations;

Worried about the possible displacement of over 20 natives;

Wishing to prevent the emergence of a trophy region for these raiders;

Hereby Liberates England

Uh, yeah I got one. This isn't needed at all. There is no evidence of them wanting to grief (clear the natives) this region.

The current invading force is one of the least threatening groups in the entire game when it comes to destroying regions. This isn't necessary.
In=character, Kaboomlandia is a World Assembly member and abides by its resolutions. If this nation isn't in the WA, it's for practical reasons.
