Disturbed by Plagentine's lack of morals and character both on and off the battlefield,

Apalled by the lewd and degrading comments towards members of the LGBT Community made on behalf of the nation,

Further Apalled by insensitive comments towards those who are overweight and racial minorities,

Noting that other nations' report Plagentine to be both conceited and impulsive,

Further Noting that even the notorious Black Hawks have rejected affiliation with Plagentine and the Romand Empire,

Furthermore Plagentine has been the Emperor of the Roman Empire for over a year,

Observing the hundreds of regions raided and destroyed under the ruthless command of Plagentine,

Disgusted by the ill-mannered behavior of Plagentine, while bullying other nations to submission,

The Security Council of the World Assembly hereby Condemns Plagentine
