Went all the way back to August 10th, found no draft or discussion of the draft. Posting it here for discussion and archiving.

As members of the World Assembly, we nations who stand for freedom and sovereignty are compelled to address all issues of the infringements of these rights. Therefore:

NOTING the insurgent history of Side 3

CONCERNING the region's continued efforts to disrupt peaceful the operation of regions such as Eundak

REPROACHING elements within the region's leadership such as West Cuccistan, East Cuccistan, Archaic Civilizations, and their founder Neo Stellarus in their continuing campaign to raid Eundak resulting in the permanent destruction of several nations within the sovereign borders of Eundak

CONDEMNING Side 3 for above conduct

ASSERTING that this conduct is not in line with international law, and is unacceptable behavior for any nation

Since there was no draft thread, there are a few obvious mistakes that couldn't be pointed out and fixed before submission.

The region is passworded. It seems to have been passworded for at least a moderately long time, and without an executive delegate, there's nothing that Side 3 can do. Are they spamming puppets in? That's a GHR, not a condemnation.

Just my opinion and not modly stick-wielding:

There are a lot of submitted proposals like this one. Sometimes one or two a day. It's not worth posting threads for any of them, unless (1) it's gathering approvals at a high enough rate to potentially make quorum, or (2) it has a campaign. This one fits neither criteria and isn't really worthy of discussion.

It's worth noting that this proposal was submitted by the current WA Delegate of... erm... Eundak, the same region whose being raided is lamented in it. But hey, if Caplis can get his "Shit! Our region got raided and WE MUST condemn the perpetrators!" proposal to vote...

A quick perusal of both RMBs will show that this is a dispute that the SC shouldn't be bothered with.

I might be reading too much into this, but is this a Rule 3 violation? The clause says "Condemning" but I'm not totally sure if this is an active clause, and that extra preamble clause at the end makes it a little tricky to tell.

We’re a bit on the fence, but given that this has zero chance of passing I think it’s not worth splitting hairs over. It’s also slightly dicey R4 d at the beginning.
