Commendation for: Ambassador Mongkha

"Peace is wealth," Ambassadors. Do you know where you have seen this before? On a banner perhaps, in the World Assembly. Most likely in Ambassador Mongkha's hand. For, you see, this is the national motto for The Principality of Qumkent. Their adherence to such lofty ideals is exemplified by the Principality's complete lack of prisons. An idea that, when combined with a low funded police force, would spell tragedy for most of us... yet crime in Qumkent is well under control. Surely acquiring the honorable title of Ambassador amoungst such an enlightened people is cause for commendation.
We are not here today to recognize Qumkent, however. It is therefore necessary to mention that prior to his current employment he was charged with being Ambassador for The Confederated Sublime Khanate of Urgench-- also a nation actively protecting a commendable amount of civil and political freedoms for its citizens.
It was in the service of Urgench that Ambassador Mongkha drafted for our continuing pleasure what is easily one of the most all-encompassing and enlightened Resolution the WA has-- The Charter of Civil Rights. It would, however, be unwise to suspect that Ambassador Mongkha's contributions to the WA should be confined to that which he has authored. He has also been the reasoning behind and advocate of countless resolutions, as well as a constant supplier of comment and advice in debates.
This should not be to say that Ambassador Mongkha should only be commended for his political capacity. One can not help but look fondly upon a man who will engage you heatedly in debate one day... and, the very next, offer you a choice between Champagne and Bengen Tea over some friendly conversation at the Stranger's Bar.
Therefore, and in summary, the World Assembly officially recognizes and commends Ambassador Mongkha for his multi-national tenacity, exceptional Resolution writing skills, intelligent and insightful participation in debates, and lastly but not leastly for his blank-slated approachability.
