A lot of nations have committed war crimes in RP or via issues. As Atlae said, condemnations are usually done for GP things, like condemning organizations like The Black Hawks. And yet you don't see anyone trying to condemn TKA.

This is my first proposal, so haven’t done it before.

Ok, no worries. We have all been there. In order to get your proposal to vote, you will have to campaign. It is basically impossible to get it to vote otherwise. The easiest way to do it is to buy stamps. You can do it the hard way, though. There was a time before stamps where we all had to do it the hard way. Assuming you are going to use stamps, you want to go into your telegrams, and in the to: box you want to type "tag:delegates." Then hit the down arrow beside it. You must make sure that where it stays "is this a recruitment/campaign telegram" that you have campaign selected and the check box filled in. If you don't, it will result in mod action as a mislabeled telegram. Right now is says 1,574 stamps are required. That's two dollars worth of stamps. In this telegram you are sending out, you always want to directly link your proposal using the link generated upon submitting the proposal. In your case, it is this one. In addition, you want to inform delegates in this telegram about why they should approval and vote for your proposal. I find that a shorter telegram works better. If you want to do it the hard way, you still need to make sure your telegram is labeled as a campaign telegram. All you have to do to do it the hard way is to manually telegram as many delegates as you can. Do not attempt to message every WA nation individually using stamps. Major regions out there will attempt to crush your proposal as a result. I hope that helps. If you have any other questions, let me know.

EDIT: You also always want to make sure it is legal first before wasting stamps or your time. Ransium has said it is legal and he has been doing this for a long time so you should be fine.

Just remember to have it properly labeled. If you do, it should be a solid blue box on your telegram page. Larger region delegates, such as game created regions, most of the time have campaign telegrams blocked. A lot of delegates have them blocked in general. So message quickly and a lot of them. It does not matter if they are from a big or small region. You have three days to get it to vote or you have to start campaigning all over again. Good luck. o/

You cannot compare "crimes" which a nation cannot break due to their WA non-membership to crimes which WA member states are currently breaking... seriously? (rolls eyes) As I've said before, against for these reasons. I have no more time for this business, although Alex, Theresa, Jamie or whoever else we have available today might want to carry on my bemoanments.
