Aware of the aforementioned Nation's plan to sell Slaves to nations recovering from the Zombie Menace,

However Refusing to ignore this nation's crimes for the reason of not being part of the WA,

Deeply Concerned about the state of recovery in other nations, and whether they will be forced to practice slavery for the rebuilding process,

OOC: well then I think as a IC action that is not related to Raiding or Otherwise dubious OOC action, Practicing Slavery and attempting to sell slaves to others can be a strong enough basis for a Condemnation, even if the target nation isn't part of the WA.
Still, I want some editing to the Text, rather than debate on whether we can condemn a nation not part of the WA lol

Right. Basically what nobody is telling you and I personally get no pleasure in telling you is the draft isn't going anywhere. Commends and condemnations are treated as rewards for long and successful careers by a nation. A single RP thread by a nation isn't going to meet that very high bar, no matter how many evil things they RP doing. If it did we'd have to hand out condemnations to every single nation that RPed as evil and then that's all this body would do for the next 10-20 years. Sorry.
