Recalls that in 2009, Guy joined 10000 Islands and within a short period of time received one of the highest honours of TITO, becoming a TITO Knight. In addition to this esteemed honour, Guy served two terms as 10ki Senator and one term as WA Delegate.

Observes that during Guy’s service as Delegate of 10000 Islands, Guy led efforts to collaborate with World Assembly resolution authors and clearly delineated the position of 10000 Islands’ WA nations on major topics before the consideration of the World Assembly. This watershed moment facilitated the greater engagement of subsequent 10000 Islands Delegates with the NationStates Forums and resolution authors, with the region quickly becoming a leading voice on World Assembly matters.

Appreciates Guy’s expertise in military leadership, intelligence gathering, and regional security, as demonstrated through regional service as the Chief of Defence, Arch Chancellor, and Intelligence Minister of the Founderless Regions Alliance.

Applauds Guy’s many years of commitment to the defence of regional sovereignty and the rights of natives to self-determination. Guy’s leadership on the international stage in advocating for the defence of natives has led to the defence of more than 1000 regions, including the masterminding of the liberation of Lazarus from the control of the New Pacific Order.

Believes that another prime example of Guy's military excellence is the liberation of India. India was a region colonized by The Dominion, and was only freed thanks to the fact that Guy had sleepers in the region. Thanks to Guy, defenders were able to quickly refound the region when the founder went inactive.

Affirms that Guy’s service as Speaker of the Assembly of the Rejected Realms has facilitated significant legislative improvements to the Laws of the Rejected Realms, assisting in the minimisation of legal loopholes and bureaucracy for a more efficient and effective legislative foundation for future nations of the Rejected Realms.

Commemorates Guy's longtime service to Spiritus as Chief Justice, RA Representative of five terms, Vice President, and as Minister of Foreign Affairs. Guy was also awarded the Exaltation of Spiritus for their service, which is one of the highest awards a nation can receive.

Admires Guy’s remarkable diplomatic skills, as evidenced by the negotiation of major interregional treaties during their lengthy tenures as Delegate of the Rejected Realms, Delegate of 10000 Islands, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spiritus, and by their service as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the North Pacific and as Foreign Affairs Officer of the Rejected Realms. During their time as Foreign Affairs Officer of the Rejected Realms, Guy oversaw the development of a distinct foreign policy, facilitating close ties with regions and organisations across the ideological spectrum.

Acknowledges Guy’s contribution to the activity, culture and community spirit of the Rejected Realms, as demonstrated through Guy’s multiple terms as Delegate, three terms as Speaker, and six terms as an Officer where the growth and development of the Rejected Realms was fostered.

Contends that Guy’s contribution to the multiverse is exceptional and worthy of praise.

This could have been a great way to revamp TRR's WA Committee, but seeing as its already hit the SC forum, I guess I'll throw in my initial thoughts.

Guy has been a great force in the world since their founding in 2008.

This should be toward the end of the draft with some more flowery language.

Praising Guy for its years of commitment to both democracy and the defense of endangered regions.

Perhaps if you merge this with the first "Noting" section it could be a stronger leading statement, but I do like "great force in the world" for the semi-final portion of the resolution. I would add some language around this starting section that notifies people that Guy has emerged as one of Defendings leading figures on multiple occasions throughout the years. Their willingness to step up when needed is admirable and sets a great example for all those around them.

I believe you've already used language stronger than this to paint a more positive light on commending the target nation. This is traditionally where I'd mention how they've been a positive force in the world and that they represent the ideals of the World Assembly.

The "Aware" section is going to need more beef and could potentially be broken down into more separate sections which will allow you to further elaborate on these accomplishments. Perhaps you could highlight certain operations Guy has been a part of or lead on their crusade to keep regions free from foreign oppression.

Perhaps as a regional representative or a cabinet member of the FRA they have proposed ideas that eventually became policy that greatly benefited the alliance and its member regions? I've Commended a pair of FRA guys and haven't gotten too deep on their accomplishments in the FRA, so this may not be totally necessary.

It is likely that Guy has served as a Senator of 10000 Islands if they've served as delegate, so that may be worth looking into. At their start in the region, Guy was known to be quite ambitious and was a popular figure. Guy also, at one point, was a Knight of TITO which may be worth mentioning (potential tactical officer as well. My memory is failing me here). Its quite the prominent club. Having said that, as this goes further along you may want to lobby in 10KI to get support for the commendation. They have an area on their forum dedicated to this. Given Guy's uneasy relationship with 10KI post-2011 and the likelihood that certain prominent regions stacking against the proposal, it would be smart to try and lock in an early vote from defending's leading WA vote.

IIRC Guy has been of importance to the region of Spiritus. I could be wrong, as I'm wholly ignorant of the workings of Spiritus, but it would be worth looking into. Its better to have too much information to choose from than not enough.

In general, I find Guy to be worthy of Commending. The nation has had a beneficial impact on several leading regions as well as thousands of others through their work as a leader in the defender movement. While not always liked (sorry ), Guy's done a hell of a lot more than most to put their money where their mouth is and is shining example for nations everywhere.

I would also mention his significant terms as MoFA in TRR. Arguably, his work as MoFA had the most profound impact on TRR* and how it's seen around NS. He's helped to carve out a very distinct foreign policy for TRR.

*By TRR's standards, Guy's terms as delegate were fairly short, even transitional. 64 & 181 days. Compared to LR (436), Wham (428), Unibot (411), Fratt (399). Nai (338). Most modern TRR delegates serve about four hundred days as delegate. That's not to say Guy and Sedge (101)'s contributions to TRR haven't been significant, but for the most part I would attribute their contributions to their work outside their delegacies.
