Oh no. Someone answered an issue that has no effect on anyone other nation or person and is mostly irrelevant. Clearly an SC condemnation is called for.

Seriously, there is no reason at all for Mourinholand to be condemned, it will never make quorum even with campaigning and if by some miracle it makes it to the vote it will be crushed by every delegate on the planet.

If you gave an SC condemnation to mourinland it would seriously devalue every other condemnation. Almost every single condemnation has been given for raiding and the system can be summed as being "bad with style". If someone wants to play as a dictatorship why should we stop them? Doing this sort of thing would alienate the many players who enjoy being tyrannical and wish to play in the WA.

Not entirely true. Loads of nations have been condemned for dictatorships, even Milograd. See here.

This condemnation proposal against a nation member of WA (which violated several resolutions on Civil and Human Rights, etc.etc.) has been rejected. And that allows this dictatorial nation to join efforts with other similar, so that all together reject and skip all the legality they want. Really this is becoming a "Sin City".

The immediate consequence is that whoever wants to make a resolution must know that nobody will watch over its compliance and, of course ... if it proves annoying to dictators tyrants to expel them from the WA, this proposal will simply be rejected (like mine).

So, the conclusion is clear:

You don't have to waste more time (it's not easy) to create new proposal, it's more easy to destroy them... because no one in NS will protect the law's complianced.

Oh, stop it with the hokey acting! It's not like we don't give a damn about the WA!

It's just that we use condemnations to "reward" those whose bad actions are extraordinary, like raiding.You were attempting to use it for effects of issues that very few of us see, using RP as your main focus, and utilizing weak and ineffective clauses in it, making it a shite proposal!

We have many people making good proposals, and many of them passing. However, yours were banking on RP, a shaky topic to place your proposal on, while others were using more sturdy topics to base their proposal on, which made them more likely to pass.

In summary, the reason yours didn't pass was not that we don't give a damn about the WA, but because you were utilizing a shaky topic that doesn't get proposals easy on a format that rarely truly does "condemn." And don't blame us for it! It will bite you in the long run and make you look like a bitter guy!
