Before anything shows up in here, i want to clarify that i'm not doing anything more than giving you my humble opinion, my two cents.
To be quite honest, i am sick of the Security Council's latest issue. It has happened three times (if not more, i myself have not been watching the Security Council), that resolutions repealing the condemnation of raider regions or nations are showing up at the Council and, what is even worse, they get approved, under the sorry excuse that ''Condemnations are treated by Raiders as awards/badges''. I do not know whether it is, or not, true. But what i do know, is that we should leave Raiders treat their god-damned condemnations however their want - and those whose condemnations have been repealed, should have them back, if they so much love them.
''Why? What are your fundaments to believe that?'' you might ask. Well, i'm going to tell you what. From their begginings, Condemnations have been more important than we think. They look like they serve no use other than decorating one's wall, just like Commendations. And they do just that! But just like barbarian Raider nations look at them like they are medals, civilized nations like noble Defenders or random citizens like myself can look at them as a sign that says, ''this nation is absolutely not to be trusted''. Get rid of that, and what have we got? A nation capable of manipulating uninformed citizens of raidable regions via telegram for their evil deeds, given that no warning is visible at their profiles for begginer nations that have no idea of what a Raider is (or even experienced citizens who don't bother to check their change of region events at their feed, when the Raider nation resorts to changing regions for the Raider region it comes off not to show up in their profile).
Don't be bothered for how Raiders might treat Condemnations amongst themselves. Focus on how Condemnations are treated by decent nations, like me and you. As a sign. And just like it wouldn't be right to outlaw road signs, those who make drivers aware of the dangers present ahead, you should also do the right thing in this case.
Give them their ''badges'' again.
