Seems suggestions are running out.

...I will probably wait a little bit to submit this one, all things considered.

Does suggesting you don't submit this count as a suggestion?

I mean, it's not a very useful suggestion, but it's a suggestion nonetheless.

Suggesting a sensationalist and bruised-ego-driven proposal not be submitted? Seems pretty sound suggesting.

What's sensationalist about it?

Trying to submit SC proposals will still have a checkbox that mentions the GA rules.

Specifically repeals, not new proposals, but yes.

More than halfway to quorum!

Edit: The second half is going slower than expected, despite stamps being fired out. :/

So... this would gut an argument in Commend NewTexas. That means Commend NewTexas becomes a House of Cards! What will we do now?! It's an astonishing calamity! Oh the humanity! The arguments in Commend NewTexas is are going to be invalid! The whole system is going to come down!

The horror! The horror! It's such a ridiculously overstated non-problem.

The GA is yucky. One time I wandered into the Strangers' Bar and started to build a house of cards at the bar and almost immediately the whole Secretariat jumped me, beat me up, and took away my pack of cards... :(

Only way it's an actual problem is if you throw so many histrionics at it that the noise around it makes it a problem, not the actual thing.

The leader's actions, while I hope and believe are temporary lack of control and judgment, are not conducive to a contributing nation, we forgive him (period).
We will be supporting this based on a number of factors the least which is a strong tie to the Glorious Nation of NewOklahoma, thank God for it separating us in border from such a Nation.
---ArchCardinal Hesienburg, Prefect for Congregation of Diplomatic Morality

OOC: We really do like Oklahoma (plus appreciate Texas), it gives us some breathing room from the Horde of invaders from the south. But we pray for them and love them anyway!

Shock and Awe

This is one of the most disturbing and disgusting votes I have personally seen as a member of the Security Council. Such votes makes Nations such as mine question whether membership in the august body can be ethically justified. Repealing Commendation of Texas, a large, active Defender Region with a long and illustrious history in Nation States is ridiculous and improper. This proposal has been put forward by a well-known raider in an attempt to discourage and deter defender regions.

I cannot help but notice that many of you have been swayed by this miscreants ravings. I urge you, in view of the lies perpetrated by the presenter and the long, glorious, history of Texas as a Defender, to change your vote!

Wow. This is some nonsense oratory worthy of Karpathos' failed attempt to condemn TNI
