Acknowledging that Psychotic Dictatorships has managed to evade previous condemnations for an excessive amount of times.

Also about the "appalled sentence," I would like to add on to that (because it unfortunately deals with NS stats) by putting this statement: "It is also notable that the majority of Psychotic Dictatorships citizens have high disappearance rates as well."
