Observing that the nation of Reventus Koth, otherwise refereed to as Koth, is a highly respected feared leader of The Black Hawks, one of the most infamous and successful military organizations in the world that has been condemned twice by SC#52 and SC#217,

Further Observing that Koth was the founder of The Brotherhood of Malice, a raider organization notable for its countless invasions and operations including, but not limited to:

• the destruction and recolonization of Assassins,
• and assisting fellow raider organization Lone Wolves United in the invasion and recolonization of Hogwarts,

I'm iffy on this section as the Hogwarts is no longer under invader control and it may confuse nations that click on the link today. They may think the current community, including yourself, are LWU.

Mindful that Koth was a member of The Black Riders, a military previously condemned twice by SC#91 and SC#127, where Koth advanced to the superior officer rank of Colonel,

Abhorred that Koth was awarded the Bronze Star on December 7th, 2012 for meritorious contribution to The Black Riders, and the Silver Star on March 29th, 2014 for their efforts in Operation Typhoon, a cruel and barbarous operation where the Black Riders seized over 60 regions in one night,

I wonder if mentioning Predator would help or hinder this proposal. TBR are notorious for far worse than tag raiding these days.

Appalled that following the dissolve of the Kemetic Republic of Osiris, Koth, with the help of Cormactopia II and Brotherhood of Malice co-founder Venico, replaced Astarial's interim regime with the Osiris Fraternal Order (OFO), a process that included exiling a number of Empire and defender nations from Osiris,

Shocked that the aforementioned actions of Koth in Osiris were influenced by the Brotherhood of Malice, and were instrumental in making Osiris the largest raider aligned region that exists today,

Disgusted that on April 18th of 2016, Koth assisted Cormactopia II and Tim Stark in a brutal coup d’etat of the Osiris Fraternal Order that involved banishing the democratically elected delegate. In doing so, Koth created the second iteration of the Osiris Fraternal Order that continues to serve as the contemporary government of Osiris,

Acknowledging that Koth also served as Pharaoh of Osiris twice, once under the nation of Detective Figs and again under a Saq,

Respecting that Koth co-founded the Sekhmet Legion, the operating military of Osiris on September 19, 2013, where they successfully refounded Islamic Republics of Iran,

Further Noting that Koth was appointed to The Council of Hawks, the ruling faction of The Black Hawks, as a Field Marshal on May 8th, 2014 and now serves on the Council as the Technical Wizard where Koth has been conducive in the planning and execution of several offensive operations against innocent, founderless regions,

Disturbed that that Koth is a great contributor to the history of raiding and modern raiding alike, especially by incorporating older raider methods into present-day teaching and operations, and helping the legacy of raiding survive,

I'm not completely sure, but I believe Astarial had resigned long before OFO. There was kind of a weird leaderless interregnum between Astarial and OFO for about four or five months, if I remember correctly (I may not be.) It might be more accurate to say OFO ended the "interregnum" that occurred after the Osirian Civil War (or whatever the kids are calling it nowadays.)

To BT's point, I would personally not enjoy being permanently associated with the Predator scandal on a condemnation.

Do you know of any other raider regions that have taken over a Sinker, publicly declared the region a protectorate in its WFE, sent a region-wide telegram declaring the region a protectorate, posted a statement in Gameplay declaring the region a protectorate, brazenly flown their flag over the region, opened an embassy with the region (it's still there), imposed the Invader tag (it's still there too), imposed an endorsement cap of three endorsements, purged Empire, purged "defender subversives" (which included all the major defender leaders of the day), purged hundreds of refounding ("native") nations, replaced its longtime forum (also still there), reshaped the region's government and community, gave the regional community a name resembling the name of the raider region (still there too), and still won? That was unthinkable before we did it. No one thought it could be done, but we did it.

And to top it all off, as a result of our actions Osiris is much improved today, and much of what we wanted Osiris to be, it still is, years later, because when it started to drift from our vision of what Osiris should be -- a fun, fraternal community with strong leadership to avoid the conflict and chaos of the past -- Koth and I (this time with the help of Tim) took Osiris again, more brazenly and with far less help than we had before, and put it back on course. I think that was all fairly dangerous and notable, and The Brotherhood of Malice has earned its infamous place in Koth's condemnation.

For far too long so-called "defender" subversives have exercised an iron grip over Osiris. Virtually every major defender organization or region has attempted to manipulate and control Osiris: the 10000 Islands Treaty Organization (TITO) through initial control of the Delegacy and first Delegate election; the Founderless Regions Alliance (FRA) through election of their former Archchancellor, Zaolat, as the first elected Delegate, and by binding Osiran foreign affairs to defense of FRA member region The Rejected Realms through the Pan-Sinker Security Pact; the United Defenders League (UDL) through cosmopolitan vote stacking, brief control of the Osiran military, and alliance with Lyanna Stark near the conclusion of her successive terms as Pharaoh of Osiris. Even a relatively new defender region, Spiritus, attempted to establish a permanent military force within Osiris following the July 2013 coup d'etat by The Dourian Embassy.

No one has been more successful in establishing hegemony over Osiris than the last dusty remnants of the Alliance Defense Network (ADN) and the Red Liberty Alliance (RLA) operating under the aegis of The Empire. Having repudiated traditional defenderism in favor of habitual Feeder and Sinker coups d'etat following collapse of the ADN and the RLA, The Empire nevertheless sought to establish the gameplay neutral framework in Osiris that has been so favorable to defender subversives in other Feeders and Sinkers and expertly used ADN and RLA style tactics to establish and maintain that framework. Although imperialistic in their ambitions, as all senior defenders truly are, The Empire has ultimately pursued defender interests using the tired tactics of defender subversion in Osiris every step of the way. This agenda has been to the detriment of the people of Osiris, plunging the region into chronic inactivity interrupted only by short bursts of intense civil unrest.

The history of Osiris illustrates the true nature of so-called "defenderism." Dressed in the trappings of feel-good defense of native rights, defenderism is actually about securing power to pursue the ambitions of senior defenders and control over others and their regions. Defenders use the plight of so-called "natives" -- many of which are the puppets of defender subversives, used to keep these regions weak and under defender "protection" -- in irrelevant founderless regions to build sympathy and support for their cause. All the while they manipulate the masses to support their bids for power in regions that hold real power and relevance in interregional affairs. Nowhere has this been more true than in the Feeders and Sinkers, and in no Feeder or Sinker has it been seen more clearly in recent years than in Osiris. The ultimate agenda of so-called "defenders" is, in a word, domination, and defender subversives have dominated Osiris and manipulated her people for their own ends since the region's inception.

The hegemony of defender subversives established at the birth of Osiris and reasserted throughout the region's history ends today with the occupation of Osiris by The Brotherhood of Malice. We in the Brotherhood declare war against all those who abuse Osiris, their regions and their organizations whether directly or indirectly under their rule. We will oppose them in every Feeder and Sinker, in every founderless region, and never again will their power over Osiris be restored. Our goals in Osiris are simple in their detail if challenging in their execution:

1) We will sweep away from Osiris the defender subversives collaborating in and through the paramilitary terrorist organization known as The Empire like the cobwebs in the attic of NationStates that they have become. Biyah, Dalimbar, Neo Kervoskia, and Neenee, among others, will never again rule over Osiris or find safe haven for their agenda here.

2) We will purge from Osiris the less competent but more numerous footsoldiers of defender subversion, including but not limited to UDL Chief of the Band Mahaj, UDL Chief of Intelligence Campinia, FRA Archchancellor Flowering Staplers, FRA Regional Assembly representative and Spiritus Founder Tim Stark, and former FRA Archchancellor and Mordor Founder Wopruthien.

To the true regional community of Osiris: You have nothing to fear from this occupation by The Brotherhood of Malice provided that you cooperate with us and our aims. If you do not oppose us, we will guarantee you eventual governance of your community. We will promise you a region free of all manipulation by defender subversives. Be warned, however, that anyone who takes the side of the defender subversives with whom we are at war will share in their fate. We control Osiris, we have an insurmountable arsenal of regional influence and the forces to maintain control of Osiris, and those who oppose us will be permanently exiled from Osiris. There will be no mercy, no negotiation, no future pardon for those who choose to make themselves enemies of The Brotherhood of Malice. Choose your side wisely.

I seem to remember Venico completely went back on that and claimed it was not a BoM occupation though. It all appeared to me like three Osirans decided to coup, initially used the event to get a bit of attention for their side project, then realised their poor judgment on focused on Osiris.

And I think that brief moment of attention is the only thing relevant about the region. It otherwise struggled.
