The Black Hawks seem to have picked up raiding activity, and the entire WA needs to show that we can stand up to raiders, and we can do that with a condemnation resolution here at the Security Council. Before we can consider a draft resolution, I want to know if the support is there for a condemnation resolution.

One didn't work, two wasn't strong enough and three won't tip the balance. TBH willl just change their FAQ in the Raider Travel Guide to something like, "We have a Three-Badge Condemn Rating," or "The most Condemned region in NationStates by the WASC."

They'll thank you for the marketing and promotion, they'll enjoy a ratings and a recruitment blip, but the badge itself won't mean anything to anyone outside this group and whomever authors the reso.

I am pretty sure that The Black Hawks really don't need another condemnation, as they already have two already. Plus, they raided lots of regions for their growth to expand, and would be likely advised as a NO.
