Not gonna lie I'll argue Menta Lee-Il is worthy of something.

The Psychotic Dictatorships region has a very...particular brand of madness and Menta Lee-Il inexplicably has kept it going for 7 years. A very active RMB community that all very in theme with a barrage of 'Glorious Leader' like posts, the maintenance of the ideologically pure requirement that every nation there has to be Psychotic Dictatorship and kicked if inactive for over 15 days. All that yet they are still a decently successful region that managed to stay relevant for a long time.

Personally when I think of regions for dictatorships, it's either The Alliance of Dictators or Psychotic Dictatorships that come to mind.

I'm not sure how much of it is real or how much is it Menta Lee-Il own puppets, but even if it's a latter, it's such an elaborate troll that he deserves a prize for it.
