[PROPOSAL] Condemn Council of Islamic States.

Council of Islamic States is a disgusting region which I am saddened to have been previously a part of. The region has anti-Shia sect laws as well as sharing the same ideology as ISIL (Salafi Jihadism).
I am disgusted that somebody could be so discriminative as to support and remain in a region which is essentially declaring war on the large Shia sect as well as supporting a group guilty of crimes such as genocide!

UNDERSTANDING Council of Islamic States' failure to unify Islamic nations (as the name implies) due to the fact that it condemns the Shia minority sect of Islam therefore
CONDEMNING the anti-Shia stance of the Council of Islamic States.
ALSO CONDEMNING the justification of an anti-Shia minority stance by religious belief, and I quote this from member The Sultanate of Astakona, "But, when we study more deeper, why this region anti-shia, the answer is faith, belief, and rational spirituality."
FURTHER CONDEMNING the decision to ask a nation within the region to exit on the grounds that that nation was tolerant of the Shia minority sect. This nation was also asked by the region's delegate/founder to leave.
REQUESTING that Council of Islamic States be more tolerant of the large Shia minority sect.

"This doesn't cut the mustard, mate!" he yelled. "No operative clause, mate!" And it was then that he ran off. Many doubted it was Smith - after all, he was not known for using the word "mate" regularly - but the identity didn't matter. The illegality did.
