ACKNOWLEDGING TInhampton's assistance of both new and experienced writers within Go Issues and the World Assembly'

PRAISING Tinhampton's professionalism and kindness in such matters, whilst also

IMPRESSED at Tinhampton's results and correctness in assisting other players in the drafting stage

APPLAUDING Tinhamptons patience when it comes to helping writers

BELIEVING that a nation has contributed so much to player's issues and resolutions

Hereby Commends Tinhampton

Part of the Rules for SC Proposals that you obviously haven't read. Given how long you've been on site, you should know by now that it's mandatory to read the relevant rules before attempting to participate in a NS activity. Go do so.

Not at all. They've been here for at least 4 years in this incarnation, and probably 10 more with earlier puppets. That's why I came down so hard on them earlier in the thread for not reading the rules.
