Alright, I'm not going to sugarcoat it. It's horrible. It literally bases its entire on one reason. Now, you may say "Oh, but other proposals only base theirs on one reason and they pass." And, yes you would be right. But those elaborated on that reason. They explained in depth the importance of these actions. And they are persuasive. Here, you just said, "Recognizing The Embassy as the region with the single most amount of embassies with over blah blah balh, bringing together what is thought to be about blah blah blah." You just state that like it's an obvious fact. Plus, it's not really commendable in the eyes of the WA. Sure, you might be connected to a load of other regions, but really, this is only important on a regional level. I don't see the worldwide importance of be connected to a load of regions. Honestly, if you think this is a good start for a rough draft, you're raising the bar too high.

I, and the rest of Capercom, understand where you are coming from in your desire to Commend such a welcoming-of-all region that is helping build relationships between regions that may never have communicated otherwise. But I fear this will not get very far as your reasoning isn't thorough other than informing us they bring people together. That alone is not enough a reason for the entire WA to publicly commend someone.

I would suggest another draft proposal be typed up or editing this one.

This is a proposal to commend one of the most annoying regions in NationStates. The Embassy spams nations with unsolicited telegrams asking them to send The Embassy embassy requests so that The Embassy's officers don't have to do it themselves. Having a lot of embassies is not a major achievement; it is simply a matter of clicking a button many times. The Embassy's RMB is very inactive, which goes to show you that their embassies symbolize nothing of value; they do not bring together or connect the NS world at all. It seems that they have not built meaningful relationships with any region through their many embassies.
