PREAMBLE: The Union of the Fascist Reich is a region of hate and will invade any region that they want to just expand their power. Fascism must be stopped and we must condemn them!

RECOGNIZING: The Union of the Fascist Reich was founded under -The German Reich- who was also known as German Wehrmacht who founded the Union of the Fascist Nations and made it the largest Fascist region and was banned because of racism.

UNDERSTANDING: that no region should fear Fascism and shall not be destroyed because of the region.

I ain't here to babysit you and write an entire proposal. It's your OP, it oughta be your proposal. Do your research, compile it into a proposal, check for illegalities, and then put it here for all and sundry. Then - and only then - will I advice you further on the proposal.

I certainly agree with your view. Your proposition could be classified as illegal because you are condemning the UOFR for being fascist. Of course, fascism is evil and should be banned, but you need evidence to find UOFR guilty of being racist apart from using a racist name. I highly recommend you to look at racist comments on their regional website and quote them as evidence. Please provide a link.

You need stronger reasons why a region deserves condemnation and other than that weak argument. Plus, they don't deserve the fame! Do you know what "Condemnations" do? They just give you a badge saying "These people are evil and blah blah blah." While you may need this for the really bad ones, this region did nothing to warrant more than a glare. I highly recommend you to look at racist comments on their regional website and quote them as evidence. Please provide a link.

You can avoid this dilemma by condemning the way they did it. Maybe express an opinion that the raid was “unnecessarily disruptive” or “excessively harmful” or “glaringly unjust” or “disproportionately severe”.
